1. What types of events do you plan?

Events by Shanna specializes in weddings, but we also plan bridal showers, engagement parties, corporate events, baby showers, milestone birthdays, and other social gatherings. If you can dream it, we can bring it to life.

2. Where are you located, and do you travel?

I am based in Hamburg, NY, and yes — I love to travel! Whether your event is local or a destination celebration, I am happy to come to you. A travel fee may apply for events located 50+ miles away.

3. Do you offer full-service planning or day-of coordination?

Yes! We offer:

  • Full-Service Planning – Ideal for couples who want guidance every step of the way.

  • Partial Planning – For clients who have started planning but need help pulling everything together.

  • Month/Day-of Coordination – Perfect for those who’ve handled the planning but want a professional to manage the big day.

Though I do not offer specific "packages", I can help you choose and create a package that fits your needs and budget.

4. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 9–12 months before your wedding or event for full planning, and at least 3–6 months for coordination services. However, we do accommodate last-minute events when availability allows!

5. Do you work with specific vendors?

We have a curated list of trusted vendors we love working with, but we’re also happy to collaborate with new vendors that fit your vision and budget. Our priority is creating a seamless experience for you.

6. What is your pricing?

I offer 3 basic packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Depending on your needs, these packages are customized based on the scope and scale of your event. After a complimentary consultation, we’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your needs. Please reach out via our Contact Form to get started.

7. What’s the first step in working with you?

It all begins with a complimentary consultation. We’ll chat about your vision, needs, and budget, and see if we’re a great fit. From there, we’ll walk you through the next steps and begin planning your dream event.

8. Do you offer help with design and styling?

Absolutely! We specialize in curating stunning, personalized aesthetics that reflect your personality and story. From color palettes to tablescapes, we’ll help your event look picture-perfect.

9. I’m planning a small or intimate wedding. Can you help?

Yes! We love intimate weddings and elopements just as much as grand affairs. We’ll work with you to create a meaningful, stress-free celebration no matter the size.
